涉嫌多次伪造文件骗丧病假，中国籍PR恐面临牢狱之灾_我的网站

一 |     一名37岁的中国籍女子，因涉嫌伪造文件骗取丧假和病假，星期四（8月8日）被控上法庭。    Sara Ali Khan’s post on Instagram has once again warmed the hearts of fans. She also shared a sweet picture with her father, Saif Ali Khan.。

二 | 案情显示，这位拥有永久居民身份的女子，涉嫌多次以伪造的文件欺骗她任职的公司。今年的3月31日，女子向公司请病假，并在隔天4月1日向公司提交了一张 “St Luke Hospital””的电子病假单。女子在4月5日再度请病假，并在4月8日向公司提交了另一张也是由““St Luke Hospital”” 发出的电子病假单。新加坡确实有一家名St Luke Hospital 的医院，这家医院位于武吉巴督，但女子却没有到那里看病，这两张病假单其实都是伪造的。除了伪病假单，女子还涉嫌伪造死亡证书。4月15日，女子向她任职的另一家公司，提交了一张死亡证书，“死者”的名字叫 Zhang Weiqin。这张死亡证书也是假的，女子企图以此来欺骗公司来获得丧假。女子的非法行为后来被揭发，并且被控上法庭。在新加坡伪造文件一旦罪成，最高可判处4年监禁，罚款或两者兼施。至于使用伪造死亡证书，一旦罪成最高可判处10年监禁，罚款10000新元或两者兼施。女子已经准备认罪，目前以3000新元保释候审，法官将在9月19日她正式认罪时宣布判刑。CY丨编辑HQ丨编审网络资料整理丨来源新加坡法院丨图源。
